Return for Incorrect Item:

We accept returns if you receive an incorrect item from your original order. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We will email you a return shipping label. 

Opened and Used Items:

Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened and used due to hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

Sampling Before Purchase:

To avoid the need for returns, we encourage customers to try samples of our products before making a purchase. This ensures that you are satisfied with the product before committing to the full-sized version. 

Handling Fee:

A 25% handling fee will be charged on all returned items. This fee covers administrative and handling costs associated with processing returns. Not applicable if we ship the wrong item.

Refund Payment:

Refund Payment will be sent back to the original mode of payment.

Return Window:

A buyer must initiate the return process within 7 days after the delivery date. We recommend initiating the return process promptly to ensure timely processing.
